The indications of heavy buying at $2.03 and above have subsided since the Flamant report. However, the non Tullow buyer[s] at $2.03 and higher yesterday spent around $100 million and would not have had only Flamant in mind; I am contenting myself with the knowledge that to prepare correct paper work prior to launching a bid, one needs at least a week of very active planning.
