And there was nothing stopping them from submitting their Final Accounts and Annual Report to shareholders. Like I said , it is not up to the ASX to say it is not worthy of public and shareholder scrutiny . Because that's not their Job. So in my view we have on the one hand their so called text's and emails to shareholders stating they would lodge the Reports yesterday , and on the other hand it would really be seen to be the Auditors who would ensure this actually happens.

So is it as simple as we are still waiting on the ' Letter ' ....... which was to accompany the Accounts and Report which was to ' officially ' request an extension of time in accordance with ASIC approved COVID-19 extensions. Perhaps what we really needed here were some reassurances , text's , and emails from the Auditors..... - because to me , it still looks out of Management's Control.

However , I would l think that you can still have the ' Chicken ' before the ' Egg ' scenario here - ie the Accounts and Report before the ' Letter ' , however you can't have the re-listing without the ' Letter ' . So at the end of the day there appears to be more work to be done here with a re-listing not likely now until Tuesday or Wednesday at best in my opinion.
