Could it be that AF through his various holdings in CRO (Rare Air, direct holdings etc.) and the issue of shares for the upcoming acquisition of Appstablishment take his position and associates over 20% CRO ownership?
825,000,000 fully paid ordinary CRO shares are being issued to Appstablishment holders (what is AF's holding % in Appstab?)
If current number of shares is 1.59b currently, where does this place AF and associates post acquisition?
Somebody please correct me if wrong about this.
