well I'd rather them raise money on goods news then at other times.
and to find 1.4 mil slightly above what it sat at for ages is not so bad timing.
better to go sophisticated investor then ask the market in this climate (seeing how many spec capital raising have failed in the last few years).
bit more cash, increasing in reserves, all looks good.
