Its on top of the list for the AGM. QHL previoulsy had a very successful SPP and now that each holder can put $15k in, this would be a good place to start if say only 500 holders went in. That would be $7.5m and the price would be over 50 cents I guess with minor dilution only to those who didn't contribute.
