Who knows! One thing is for sure that as the most recent announcement indicated there are some serious discussions being had around some of the projects. This could mean a takeover? Alternatively we could be seeing control being asserted by some investors with belief that we don't want a speeding ticket issued rather a controlled increase in SP to the upside hence the barrier at 12.5c
One thing is for sure we are firming up quality grade resource of one of the most sort after commodities of the future. Wouldn't you be wanting a slice of this pie?
