This is clearly the hope and aspiration of many here.

Unfortunately, it is not quite as simple as 'just waiting'.

There are still conditions precedent (negotiation of long form agreement acceptable to both sides; securing construction capital before end of 2018) and conditions subsequent (producing metal within agreed quality tolerances) to get through before the agreement is meaningfully 'binding'.

At the moment it is only binding with respect to preventing withdrawal 'for convenience'.

But if the conditions precedent and conditions subsequent are not met, there is no deal, no contract.

So its not just a matter of 'waiting'.

It is more correctly a matter of waiting for the conditions to be met. If they are met, its all good and the patience will be very handsomely rewarded.

Of course, if they are not met, it will be a very different story.

That uncertainty is why the SP has stayed where it is and why it will not take off yet.
