    So what you’re saying is that the agent has realised he’s got the price wrong and is adjusting it. That’s a good thing and it’s the reason for the change.

    Or are you saying if the agent left the property at the ‘under quoted’ price it would have sold for that price? Which means it wasn’t under quoted in the first instance then was it?

    Logic isn’t your strong suit.
