6 months down the track and we still dont know who owns substabtial holdings in OCV after the oneday SP smashing ...There is much more to discover on the trading front imo. and the suggestion that it will be up to the courts to decide shows just what a maze it is to find OCV a way out of the walls of negativity.
Seamisty, of course you are interested in OCV because your PIF wants $147 mil..and I certainly hope OCV can accommodate...even if its a trade of some property ??
I have watched the developments with WC and you should be proud of the collaboration going on to achieve success.
I dont understand all the legal and financial detail but just consider the talent being poured into to project...all those financial advisors whose clients are hurting...they are really motivated to save the PIF and their reputations as good advisors....It is a new way to get everyone working on new ideas...GREAT.
