You know what? The best response from FMS right now would be to tell the Ruskies to go to hell, kill the deal on the grounds of insanity (the insanity of the Russian legal system and just their system). Declare to the world that they, and we are fed up with the whole farce and that WE ARE GOING TO PRODUCTION come hell or high water. In other words have some balls and get in first before the deal dies anyway with a feeble wimper. Then, and only then imo will they be able to come up with the $1b odd dollars and the rail deal. Come on guys, man up and get on the front foot for once.
