funny you say this about the "young"

most if not all "young" people i speak to and canvass politics with and especially this election......they believe Rudd is a phony and doesn't stand for much at all.

I spoke to a young girl 18 who is voting for the first time this election,and she is at Uni doing Nursing.

she is going to vote Liberal.........her opinion was that Rudd stands for nothing and Howard has done a great job.

Its anecdotal i know and of course not a result one could apply evenly but to suggest the opposite is equally flawed.

The "youth" may be the very ones who lets down the ALP!

and to suggest the hope is in the "young" is to concede the "young" is all the ALP have.
