Vic...the renewed confidence, which is due to a change in the political party, now in office....
Vic people now have confidence... the big 4 banks are still reluctant to fund developments... but there are other funders out there, from other non bank sources...
Nsw has yet to catch up.....but it will....
watch out for a total change in return to confidence... once labor is removed from the federal politics...
there is a huge amount of pent up anger, frustration, and humongeous savings...just waiting, for sane, common sense, to return, with adults in charge of federal politics, compared to the kindergarton style, we now endure...
we expect a change federally by Nov....and in Qld by next March... will you be ready for the change ?
