Win lose or settle, resolving the court case would be good.
I know this is a minority view again but IMO.
The director's fiduciary duty is to all holders, they should look after the little guy by paying dividend not by offering them a derisory 15c for shares issued at 32c the year before. Run the business to make a profit, dont screw over the owners to increase earnings per share.
