Littlesan. I was once a holder of fully paid in EMS a while ago, and recall that a number of op holders had approached the company to extend the ops. Rather than do that, the company issued a Priority Entitlement (after a General Meeting to vote on it, of course) which required holders to contribute a further half cent for new options with an expiry date of Dec 12. My understanding is that this was not voted on until after the initial expiry date...interesting. It did put some more dollars in the coffers, and provided some relief for exasperated oppie holders. So it can be done in some shape or form. Refer EMS ann 3-8-11.

Whether any WHNO holders can successfully approach the company for a similar deal, is, therefore, not without precedent. I am unaware of any straight out extensions though.
