I agree chook I dont think they would be in for one or two pips.
IMO there would be some holders that would buy the min. requirement so they dont have to declare their holding.
IMO there has to be a very big ann. for one or some/all institutions to increase their holding to become a substantial holder. That is what we are all waiting for.
The ones that are in I suspect are just sitting back. IMO most of the activity is day traders and impatient holders.
You dont have to take my opinion you can check the share registry to see who is in. When that person does can that person let the rest know. TKS.
