Excellent post. When the shareholders do sue management, you should lead the class.

The only good news is that the $150,000 I have invested in this disaster has become a somewhat smaller percentage of my net worth over the five looooooong years that I have suffered here.

I want their heads! These guys could hardly have done worse if they set out to do everything wrong. About 10% of the mess is due to circumstances beyond their control. For the other 90%, they are fully responsible and they need to pay, maybe even go to jail.
