I should have clarified re any potential PYC offer to existing shareholdings when I mentioned the BKP (Baraka) recent fund raising example ... as per BKP announcements was along the lines that any shareholder regardless of whether hold 1 share or 1 million shares the offer was on the basis of a range of dollar amount per shareholder up to $15,000 per shareholder (although in parcel quanties such choose from $3,000 or $5,000 or $10,000 or $15,000) ... that really provides the opportunity for the smaller shareholder to (a) maintain or increase their relative % slice in the pie & (b) Directors to enhance their profile as great directors in the shareholders viewpoint.
