the way i see it is the PYCOA being bought here is simply chasing a cheaper entry against the FP stock price for exposure should the company be aquired at some point - over the next 5 years - any move is bound to occur in that time frame. Only downside really is there that your excluded from voting rights & acces to any future CR - if your not holding any FPS.
What i do like seeing though is despite people lining the buyside very few placement takers are prepared to sell any of their allocated free options at large premiums that are valuing the stock at 12-13c......
Like ST mentioned i think it is the same stock churning from which ever placement taker did choose to unload a portion - very little volume.
Note -i havent bought any PYCOA yet - mainly because because i'm still disgruntled as to buying something that was given away for FREE when attatched to a large discounted placement.
