I haven't been around long but the reason the SP of any stock goes down is that more people want to sell it than buy it!
Currently more people want to sell the OX than buy it due to the metals prices crashing (gold, copper, zinc etc) compared to what they were. Certainly, even though prices are lower, everyone in the world hasn't stopped using commodities and so I think the sell-off has been a bit overdone.
It is simply driven by fear that the SP won't come back up to where it was or fear that it will continue to drop. I believe that in the long-term, OX is a good company so I am happy to hold.
It is hard though to believe your opinions when everybody else seems to be disagreeing and certainly the SP is disagreeing at the moment!
I have been very frustrated the last week but am learning all the time.
