what does Abbott offer? what does he stand for exactly?? what is his vision for Australia?
Is it too much to expect some specific answers from the alternative PM rather than just opposition?
If last year's election was anything to go by, we're going down a slippery slope...no one will have the guts to do anything much at all other than tread water. No reforms. No big picture policies. No nation building projects.
I tell you, if Abbott had opposed Howard in an election the GST would have had a snowball's chance in hell of getting through. He would have opposed the float of the dollar. Opposed waterfront reform. Opposed tariff reductions. He'd use fear and uncertainty to scuttle anything, even if he knew it was for the national interest.
Sorry, it pains me to say it, he stands for absolutely nothing other than getting into power.
