"There has been speculation that with Mr Rohner’s departure, Linc Energy would seek to complete an equity raising in the market. At this stage, the Board of Directors has no intention of undertaking an equity raising under the current market conditions although the Company has a number of active fiscal alternatives including increasing oil revenues."
