    "How does this happen with Continuous Disclosure requirements?"

    I'm afraid this means nothing .. WOR, FGE and CGH all had rosy AGMs, announcments etc in the past and all of sudden they issue warnings and downgrades ... they know whats going on but push the rules of disclosure and claim "unforseen" and then get away with it .. and of course shareholders just take it ...

    MS is dead anyways ...
