If KordaMentha have been brought in, then the next announcement will likely be a continuation of suspension and the company operating under administration. Continuous disclosure would suggest this announcement must be imminent.
For a company with a $400 million-odd market cap and as recently as June 2012 had $140 million cash in the bank it is quite an achievement to have been brought to its knees by a $100 million blow-out on two projects. Must have taken quite an effort to pedal backwards so fast.
The Roy Hill JV must now be under serious threat. I wonder how the founders must feel seeing the company they built over many years virtually destroyed so abruptly.
