I know I am jumping the gun here. All speculation - all unsubstantiated.
    BUT
I think we all recognise that the path to commercialisation of Edencrete is one of Process.
I guess in summary that process has been:
    Technology/Discovery -> Validation of technology -> Testing/Trials ->Production scale-up -> Credibility of product-> Sales and Commercialisation.

So now EDE appears to be at the stage of real Sales of Product.
It has moved from Pilot Scale production capacity to Large scale production (1m gals p/a capacity, with evidently easy ability to move to 2.4m gals p/a).ie Commercial capacity.

Once the GDOT starts actually ordering and using Edencrete in scale, as it has agreed to, then without a doubt, the other States DOTs will quickly follow suit.

So that means very significant quantities of Edencrete will be required.
Who knows how much, but one would imagine it would be multiples of current capacity.
Then what happens when the NTPEP Certification arrives in about 12 mths?

As we have all observed, this "Process" takes a long time.
What, maybe 4 yrs-5yrs from time of product development to NTPEP Certification??

So when a big Chemical company is watching Edencrete being required by all these DOTs, what will they be thinking?
Will they want to wait 5 yrs to get to the stage that EDE is at after NTPEP Certification?
Isn't it all about 1st Mover Advantage?
They would have to go thru that very same process that EDE has done, in order to get approval of Govt authorities for their product (if they have one).

EDE is only capitalised at about $367m incl Options. Petty cash for a Dow Chemicals or DuPont? They spend more than that on a Corporate lunch at Hogs Breath!

Irrespective, once Edencrete sales really takes off, when we have other DOTs start to order, then EDE will need to build production capacity quickly, and need funding to quickly fulfill the big orders. Cash flow could do it, but not if EDE wants to build out Georgia big time and quickly.

That's when a Private Equity mob or a DOW would put their hand up imho.
Because the potential of Edencrete sales are huge on a US market, European mkt etc.

And yep, EDE goes no where without the consent of the Solomons and TAS.
There is a price for everything I am told.

At some point, don't know where or when, but interest of a big player in a takeover would rear its head imho.

At what price? Got no idea. But I can envision the EDE Board sitting on their 100ft yacht off Monaco !
And we can moor our tinnie alongside their yacht!
Whose turn to get the beer and cocktails?

    cheers
