So is it worth writing a letter to the company, demanding a binding plan by the next quarter and advise that if they do not, I'll send a very detailed letter to Asic requesting they investigate and not accept the usual cookie cutter responses? I guess there would be no real return for me in doing that if ASIC had any success (as unlikely as that would be), but perhaps I would shame the board into action, and save some other schmuck some money...

It just bugs me that of the speculative long term buys I made in the last few years, a) this is one of very few that I have lost any money on and b) based on the information supplied at the time of purchase, it was the one I least thought would be in that position.

Oh...Who ever made the snake oil call in a previous post has a good chance of being correct. Who can remember the "Deep Hole" circa June - November 2008....I'm surprised they didn't have live reports from an overhead helicopter webcast to their site from the wretched thing...I guess it did do what it was supposed to and lift the share price a bit for a while. These guys should stop digging holes with big trucks and start working in marketing.

Oh and their website....Nice to see they have a gold price chart on the front page...Now lets see them overlay their share price on that same graph...

If this was one of those stocks my old man keeps coming to me with tales of unimaginable riches, I would look at the data and tell him to cut his losses and sell. I guess that I should probably listen to my own advice.

Sorry to rant (again). I really don't mind if a company is genuine and honest about things not working and makes the necessary changes, but to do the same unsuccessful thing over and over again expecting a different outcome and not provide a plan with some accountability and finality....I believe that's called the definition of stupidity, which is potentially true of the companies manaagement and quite likely true of me too given I'm still here holding the stock and making this post...
