Seriously, All facts indicate that cto has a poor mine. The managment (or actually the family) has two choices: 1) close the mine as unprofitable business 2) Another spp or another JV.

Closing the mine would cause them to loose a lot of money and another spp (or JV) would cause other people to loose a lot of money.

So, if u were part of this family, what would u choose?

One year failure to meet expectation could be explained by having poor managments decesion or poor engineers....but 9 years!!!!!! come on, with current gold prices, u could bring top engineers if they have decent mine.
