I guess schmucks like me foolishly believed the documentation that the company released....

I wonder if any of the senior management of Citigold read these posts and if they are be man enough to accept the challenge of explaining to their shareholders and employees why they have failed so badly to date and why they shouldn't be bound to a set of milestones and objectives and then be accountable against them.

I'll be the first to congratulate them and not begrudge them reward for achievement them if they came up with something reasonable and actually hit it. As you point out in your post, past events would make most reasonable people suspicious that the mine is not profitable even at the current prices. If it was there, management would move heaven and earth to get it out and process it because they personally would probably be adding zeros to what they currently get out of the business.

I would like to ask them if things are as they seem, which is that they don't believe in the mine and are digging and hoping something changes, while publicly presenting otherwise.
