I cannot see how Lynas can allow this TOL process to go on past this month. At some stage the CEO, board etc have to make a decision to look at other options to process the REE if they continue to get stalled.
In my view find somewhere else to process and look to recoup money from Malaysian government.
Hopefully other organizations around the globe are taking note and will rethink any investment/setups in this area.
I cannot see how Lynas can allow this TOL process to go on past...
