It is an interesting time that is for sure, we have the current energy minister for Saudi Arabia saying the oil glut will be around for quite a number of years yet and the previous one nine years ago saying that within 30 years there will be a huge oil glut coming and BMW now saying by 2022 all of their vehicles including Rolls Royce will be fuel cell/hybrid vehicles and all other major car manufacturers going the same way. It is possible that the Saudi's know what is coming and are trying to have a fire sale of the only product they have to sell.
