Agree with point 2 regarding a world recession...perhaps a depression...because U can cut interest rate below near Zero its already been done.....can just print more cash and buy banks bonds to stimulate the world economy..
Strongly disagree point1 because this is about the increase in supply from fraccing and the Saudies not wanting to loose market share...and Nobody wants to cut supply....Zero to do with the Russian...
