Firstly, the announcements on Friday and Monday were considered to be delays by the market, not positive. This story has been known since 2006. So you are expecting a stock that trades with no substantial instu holders, that has over 350+mill shares, has no real cash in the bank to react on a DELAYED ann with a genuine HOLD position??? And on volume of less than 30mill, you consider a 16.5 cent finish as of two days trading, to mean something is not right??? Friday they changed the bit, Monday they're 300ft deeper. What's not to believe tcf??? Is this Richard scaming the market, off-loading all his shares and his mates?? Quick, call Richard, its a huge scam!! The title of this thread is "at what point".
