    Call me crazy but I'm bullish at these prices.

    Yes unemployment will rise, yes bad debts will rise.

    However, Money3 is well placed from what I understand from their reports and friends in the industry. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember reading somewhere that there average loan size is $12,000 - which seems quite conservative compared to their competitors. Restructing a $12k debt for somebody on $1100 p/f newstart payments is much more achievable than someone with a $50k+ debt.

    From what I've heard - a decent portion of their loan book is also young pensioners (carers pensioners and the like)- who , apart from potential cost of living increases, shouldn't be too heavily impacted.

    They've also had history of buying loan books in the past. They could use their facilities to pick up some books in firesales and back their collections team in to recoop.
