You are kidding bello, Goodman is trading at 0.2x Book value and Westfields at 0.7x
The Credit upgrade alone would ensure the takeover would be accretive. The deal would instantly make WDC a fortune especially in the 50c-60c bracket, grow their brand and be a full Westfield subsidiary with an incredible asset portfolio.
Absolute Deal of the Century for Westfields.
Westfields will in all possibility look at GMG unless they are dumb. Stockland too. Equity Investment at the minimum. Huge chance to enter this market and grab a quality company at this once in a lifetime valuation. But im just a chopper.
