I actually like that mentality in management. Why make an announcement for the sake of it. That tells me that management are not pump and dump experts, i reckon BUY management are cocky because they know they have jewel in the crown PEP 11. If they were to announce everything then people would be accusing them of too many announcements i.e. MAK.
