Imp is looking like an attractive buy as each day goes by, with buyer intertest waining, but at what price is it safe to buy back in?

Just some observations and a few questions to ponder on these down days:

    1. There are a few big players still selling. Why?
    2. Imp is supported on bad market days
    3. Then sold down as soon as market optimism returns.
    4. There will be announcements but what can the company tell us that we don't already know, which could make the share price rise?
    5. 1,374,363,874 shares on issue seem far too many for such a small company.
    6. It therfore seems a share consolidation or company rearrangement is inevitable
7 What will be the basis of a rearrangement or consolidation? 10 for 1? 5 for 1? More options for the directors?
    8. What effect will the consolidation have on the share price and prospects for a rise or decline?
