    What price do you think they can get the capital raising away at?

    5 day VWAP (based on closing price) is $0.394
    10 day VWAP (based on closing price) is $0.392

    Thus, I think a credible raising would be in the $0.355 - $0.375, which is a 10% - 5% discount to VWAP.

    The bonus would be if they could get it away a premium to this, with support of Mathieson and similar.
