In my opinion it all depends to who the stock is going.
If it goes to Bruce, I don't mind a sweetheart deal. If to new players I agree with you, they should be no better than any of us shareholders and pay 37 - 39 cents.

It will be interesting to see how much money they will be raising ? They should raise $10 mill plus to ensure that they don't have any shortage of funds required for production and marketing for both Australian and U.S. launches.

As a matter of fact they could raise in two tranches. One now and a further raising in October for the U.S. launch, but I doubt that they will want to do any more raisings after this one. With the current nervousness in world markets they will want all the money in the Bank now. Raise the money while the ducks are quacking.

Don't forget that between now and June 2014 they will get in another $2.8 million from option exercise.
