If SAS do a CR they will need to vote on issuing more shares ALL holders no matter how much they need everyone will vote YES they have to or else they will not get the money.
That’s not the issue the issue is this,
SAS need 15,000,000 so they don’t rattle the tin again before revenue generating.
I think they will do one 4 one option or even 2 options for every 1 share.
But let’s work on one 4 one.
$15,000,000 NEEDED
1c = 1,500,000,000 shares + 1,500,000,000 options
1.5c= 1,000,000,000 share+ 1,000,000,000 options
2c = 750,000,000 shares + 750,000,000
options
No matter what they do the dilution is going to be HUGE
I don’t know what we currently have now as dilution but one of these will add to the dilution
I’m tipping they will try for 2c but the instructions have them by the coconuts and I would not be surprised if they go as low as 1c to 1.5c and they need more than one institution because they will not want to loose control of the company so not one entity will have more than 300,000,000 shares.
So they need close to 10 institutions because any less if they Execute their options they will have more shares than the CEO and therefore will have control of the company.
Going to be an extremely hard task
