    i disagree.. umc has strong assets and prosperus joint venture partnerships.. WHen US house of reps accept the bill.. will be back to 1.80 plus again.. regardless of iron ore price. when iron ore price rises again and if vote is approved.. this share will be easy over 2.20.. strong resistance was always around 1.80.
