    I traded this a few times from High 3s to mid 4s but has

    now fallen well and truly out of that band. Has cash,

    which is a positive but a lot of negatives also surround

    the stock, i.e. falling copper and gold prices to say the

    least.

    I doubt they will fund dividends out of cash like last

    half.

    At what price is OZL a buy? Not yet IMO, still falling
