Well....that was unexpected!

I literally just posted at 11:18am today that we should be going to the top of the channel and expect some resistance. Well we did get some resistance around the 33.5 to 34c mark during the day, but then we absolutely smashed it on the close and into the auction.

The high volume is definitely a positive sign. Right now, from the Elliott Wave perspective, this definitely looks like a wave 3 structure, which is typically the longest and the most extended impulse wave of a 5 wave structure. It's hard to tell when the retracement will be, but I wouldn't be surprised if the retrace comes in tomorrow. Although, I've been watching some stocks recently in the lithium space that just seem to keep on going and going, so I guess time will tell!

That red resistance zone I drew looks like it didn't hold it back much at all.

From a technical standpoint - I now officially don't really have an accurate picture of where this will go in the short term. Right now, any sign of a positive ASX announcement will send this thing off.
