    "the regulators" know that the share market is a legal "casino" with share price manipulation everywhere ...not only AT1 ... you find countless examples .... how to prove it !? oh well ... i guess regulatrs don;t care much as using AI / Machine learning on trading patterns I'm sure they can prove it before retail does ... why they don;t want to do it ? because the story of a "free" market sells better ?!
