I think John mentioned potentially utilizing permits from a Chinese listed company. Since some of At1's manufacturing capability is located in Shenzhen, they probably won't have to endure hefty costs on sea freight and tariffs if there is scalability. I am more concerned about the IP infringement protection in China, China is notorious for developing similar products and improve on them, maybe someone can tell me how well is their IP protected in China.
