There's plenty in the box and from talking with others who have bought the at home kits from the pharmacies, the big difference seems to be that the POC tests (professional use) enable two collection techniques being deep nasal collection or shallow nasal collection (im not using the medical jargon but its supplied in the photos for you). In addition, the POC tests provide you with a positive and negative control sample so you may ensure the batch of RAT are effective before use.
