KoiPond's Q about AT1's own Covid19 test (or not) was answered in the Qtrly update a couple days ago.

AT1 had advised in 2020 that they were developing non-blood based testing device, using their integrated device IP/ approach. In the Qtrly update, they confirmed that they had developed just such a 'swab testing device'. Thats the new patent that Koipond had posted about.

its not a seperate Covid19 test...and I would highly doubt AT1 is trying to spend much time n money doing it, when they already have AccBio + any number of other Dx partners willing to ship RATs for a price. By the time AT1 develop, test, trial and get approval for a new test, its going to be 2023...so they won't do this as its not the core biz plan.

AT1's approach is to supply the new integrated swab testing device to potential Covid19 suppliers (for now as C19 is still the global focus for majority of Dx test manufacturing)...and alongside + in the future continue trying to develop supply agreements for other swab based disease tests. So it will have both, blood n swab based OEM device supply options.

check the Q2 ann if you haven't seen it. they have provided sufficient info there. There is no recording for qtrly session but in today's Coffee MCaps session, CEO again verbally explained the strategy. That recording should be out later tonight and will be posted, so you can listen if you wish.
