Yeah I had a listen to investor call and LDX brought out the old "we were shock with this decision bla bla bla" excuse.. so by the looks they change a couple of things and probably go down the 510k road and another 30 days followed by a another 90 days.. so maybe a Christmas present..
Although it would be nice if At1 was all over this and at least acknowledge the failure as they probably have known since Friday.. Lucky AT1 had cut spending had about 16mill in cash last quarterly so got a bit of a run before a hand out is required..
