WHO now says dont lockdown, unless you (govt, public, hospitals) need a week or two to regroup

Why is there no problem in China anymore (they a packed like sardines at public pools and dance clubs)

from a testing point of view, I dont know what this means; should we (the world) just give up on testing; do we even care who has antibodies; maybe the world opens up one person at a time: if you prove you have antibodies you are allows to be part of society; until then you must remain isolated from society until you get a vaccine

then of course, we talked about the 30 to 50% of people that do not develop antibodies from a vaccine; what happens with them; are they isolated until the get the covid 'naturally' and develop natural antibodies; what if they are a person that simply does not develop antibodies at all (neither from vaccine nor natural); do they remain isolated unti they die - as they will carry the disease on, if they ever get it, and they will often get it, as they do not develop antibodies

China and Russia said they have a vaccine, but I note Russia is return record numbers of cases

What a mess.
