Don't honestly think you could buy 2M+ shares around 35-36c as the sell side is so thin up to 39c. If you did it would take a while and the brokerage would be death by a thousand cuts. I'm expecting FDA approval soon and a great quarterly so I wouldn't want to be sitting on the sidelines when either of those drop as sub 40c shares will be a thing of the past.
