People don't know what they don't know, that's why they elect people to make decisions for them. I run a power station and my friends and family always blame me when the power goes out even after I remind them it's the distribution network and the network operator at fault 99.9% of the time and yes @danhoff I work for the electricity company of whose threads you recently frequented, I have no idea why the SP is in the toilet either!
