re dividend, there is no need for AT1 to hoard cash and pay tax; we are not there yet, but there will be big growth or steady dividends, I will guess, from about 2 years; can we hang on that long? I mean if in two year the share is 25 cents that is really poor. I agree with the comment that if you can 'make' 20% pa guaranteed elsewhere, then go there. And come back.
